I'm using gentoo and Igloo told me today on #gentoo-haskell:

Thats why grepping the source code didn't help me find the man pages.
If I had had man ghc I wouldn't have complained at all.
I agree with Igloo that they should be delivered with ghc source, shouldn't 
they?
Simon, the man page which you've attached is totally sufficient.
