Has anyone ever built pandoc with MacPorts ? Would appreciate your
help.

Pandoc built fine for me on Mac OS X 10.5.5/intel with ghc 6.8.3, hs-
ghc-paths 0.1.0.5
and haddock 2.2.2. What version of the ghc port are you using (i.e.,
the output of
$ port info ghc
?
Also, do you have more than one version of cabal on your system?
