Thanks for your advice but that didn't help. Also GHC is build successfully on my Ubuntu box with gnu make-3.81
But solution for my case was quite simple - I've commented out those lines in ghc.mk that produced the error :) ghc binary-dist was built successfully and run well on solaris-10 box.
