So, you're thinking of creating a database of sorts?
As for begging and fighting, I don't do it. I simply assert my right
to have a *complete* copy of the Rx (including PD) before I pay my
bill. No pleading, no explanation, no whining. The patient (client) is
the customer. Stand firm. Invoke the words "under state law" if you
feel you must. But don't budge until you are given what you are owed.
Your medical records are *your property*.
