I've ordered several pairs from Zenni Optical too and I've been quite happy with them. If you like the pair you have now the safest in the find a similar style and shape. Measure the frames from end to end and covert to mm online to give you an idea of the width of your current frame. You can also measure the widest part of your lens then convert that too to mm, to find an eyeglass frame with a similar lens width. Once you start with that, and it turns out OK, you might want to be adventurous and try different style frames.
You will need your Rx for each eye and your pupillary distance which is the distance from the center or your pupils looking straight ahead. Call your eye doc and see if they will provide that for you. If not there are other ways to measure it.
