I ordered three pairs late in August hoping to receive them in time for our Las Vegas vacation departure on September 7, and they arrived on the 13tgh business day after the order was placed. This included two pair of progressives, one of them tinted, as well as a distance- only pair of sunglasses -- all three with titanium frames, one rimless -- so I consider this very quick service.
All three pair were perfect. Indeed, I began wearing the progressives immediately and had no transitional problems at all. First time this has *ever* happened -- I usually have to go back three or four times before my glasses stop making me dizzy or headachy -- so I consider this a small miracle. I used my Zenni glasses exclusively during our vacation, enjoying everything from Circque du Soleil to the Grand Canyon with perfect vision. I give myself credit for spending an *immense* amount of time on the Zenni site, working with lens shapes and sizes, bridge and stem dimensions, and with having worked equally hard to make sure my PD measurement was perfect. I was still nervous, but what a payoff: my new "main" glasses cost barely 20% of what I paid a local optician for their predecessor. I'm very happy to learn that you're redesigning your site, because that's my primary criticism. I eventually figured out how to use the search function to sort for glasses with a particular stem length or available lens height, but what a kludgy way to find frames! I hope the redesign will let us look only at a particular type of frame (memory ti aviator style, for example), and then quickly sort them to see which ones come with a particular lens size or stem length. But even the existing process is worth the trouble.
