This week my little sister got her first pair of glasses from Goggles4u (at my recommendation) I have ordered about 6 pairs from them and only had a problem with one of them. I was so disappointed when she showed me her new glasses. Not only did they arrive with a missing nose piece (and no replacement) but the left lens was cut horribly wrong and has a big piece of plastic hanging off of it. I am going to email them tomorrow, but how embarrassing that her first order was so badly made (and at my recommendation!!!!). I do wonder who is doing quality checks before these things leave the warehouse. Extremely disappointed and hope they clear this up soon.
