I was used the link from YOUR site to make certain I was going to your
site. I ordered glasses in mid to late September.

I went to an eye doctor and told him I needed this prescription for
this exact purpose. That night after hearing from the attached Lens
Crafter store manager that he would begrudgingly give me my PD , I
ordered the glasses. This was a Sunday.

When I got the email confirmation back, I noticed that the left eye
had -9.25 as a spherical.  I panicked .  I realized I must have
accidentally done this.

The next morning, right after they opened, I spoke with customer
service and told them what I had done. I had also corrected my default
prescription on the site and used their online form minutes after I
received the email with my mistake.

I was told by the woman at customer service that it was not too late
to change the order and I was fine.  She made the correction in the
computer at around 9:10 AM so my glasses would be okay.

Well ten days later or so I received my glasses (I had ordered 2 pair:
one pair was ordered with sunglass tinting) .  BOTH glasses had the
-9.25 in the left lens, obviously I  could not see a thing.

I again called customer service.  They were kind enough to send me a
return label via email PDF and I sent both pairs back.  Customer
service requested I send my prescription copy with the glasses which I
did.

Easily over two weeks passed,  but finally I received ONE pair of my
glasses back.  The prescription is still incorrect and since I have
not been able to contact them yet, I do not yet know where my other
pair is.  This has now been over a month since I placed the order
($211) total and I have no usable glasses.


I will be calling customer service again (now the third time) on the
20 OCT 2008 to see what might be done.  I will keep everyone posted
but remember this second round had my correct prescription so I am not
impressed or happy.
