I have a -1.25 and -3.25, which bumps me to the stronger lenses, and I've ordered from both Zenni and goggles4u with success, though for me the quality edge goes to Zenni. That said, I believe Zenni charges $9 for stronger rx and goggles4u charges $5-$10 (they've charged me $5).
I've seen other vendors charge as much as $29 for the stronger prescription, so buyer beware.
