Well, I'm not sure how it will turn out, but I sent my frames to GlobalEyeGlasses a month ago and cannot get a response from them on the status of my order. I have emailed and done the live chat, and I attempted to call but they just have a machine that suggests that you "call another time". I gave them all of the specifics of my order before I sent the frames, and they quoted me a 12 day turnaround, on the outside of that estimate. As I'm sure you can imagine, I am getting a little worried that I will never see my $250+ Silhouette frames again. Maybe if you have frames you don't care too much about, you could risk it. Or choose another store.
I will let you know if I hear from them soon.
