Both 39$ and Eyeglasslensdirect carry polarized lenses. Takes about 2 to 3 weeks depending on what you order.
http://www.eyeglasslensdirect.com/ is my favorite place for relensing. Eyeglasslensdirect suits me better than 39$ because I'm a presbyop and they carry a broader range of progressives. You have to measure fitting height yourself...and that suits me too. They do a superb job at edging and beveling (lenses don't squeak when you push on the sides of the frames). They're more expensive than 39$ but less expensive than Costco. If your prescription is single vision, 39$ is probably the low cost option. By the way, shipping your frames is easy. USPS priority mail includes a box.
