I played Zenni Roulette and lost. Definitely NOT the 2 week
turnaround that many people get.

But I hung on with grim determination and after a number of e-mails
from me and much aggravation and consternation, I finally received my
glasses today, exactly 7 weeks after I ordered them on October 24th.
Zenni had promised to send them express mail, since they were so
late....which they did NOT. In fact Zenni's "customer service" is
about as bad a joke as it could be.

BUT, that being said..... I used their formula to translate my single
normal script to single vision "computer glasses" and they seem to be
right on the script. Better than my local brick and mortar shop. I am
using them right now. I paid $35, including "extra strength"
astigmatism charge, a mid-range half-frame frame, and their stock AR
and anti-scratch. Even my wife says they look REALLY good.

If I could be SURE of getting glasses from them in 2 weeks or so, I
wouldn't hesitate to recommend Zenni.
But they are a gamble! And you can't count on their customer service
to help or care.
I will likely try some other on-line sources, and I am willing to pay
a tiny bit extra to reward companies that believe in customer
service. (not the $500 per pair premium of a brick and mortar
though!)

YMMV....especially with Zenni!
