I'm curious to know something. I'm new here to the forum and I've read a few posts from people complaining about the wait/delay time between ordering glasses online. Now I read this post from Elgin below. When I ordered my glasses back in October from from Optical4Less, I received my glasses in about 12 days. To me this seemed very reasonable. But others here I've noticed have posted having to waited many days longer to receive their completed order. I'm just curious to know what is like a reasonable amount of time to wait, from glasses order being ordered online until delivery arrives, before one should consider the company has having very poor customer service?
