AN UPDATE:

After writing several more emails and sending a fax, and STILL
receiving no response, I went in without logging in and asked a simple
question about a pair of frames, acting like a new customer.  THEY
ANSWERED PROMPTLY!!!  They are obviously still very much in business,
just ignoring ME.  My husband then wrote a more demanding email,
insisting that he receive a quick response, and that my new, correctly
made glasses be made and sent immediately.

They have (once again) not responded.  I am disgusted.  It is now
clear that they are avoiding me.  I can only think that they have lost
my glasses, and don't want to admit it.  (They have the new Silhouette
frames that I sent to them to make lenses for.)  Can you think of
another reason why they won't communicate with me?

I guess I will just have to keep after them, and hope for the best.
They owe me glasses or money.  I want to get this resolved quickly so
that I can decide if I need to just order from someone else.  But I
WON'T let them steal my money!!!

Any ideas, suggestions or just empathy will be gladly read and
considered.  I am so disappointed with MyOpticalShop.
