I have ordered from LBW once. The RX was wrong on one pair and the other pair a rimless pair broke from day. However the customer service was good and the gave me half my money back like there site said they would. I didn't want to jack around with trying to get a correct RX or new frame. But they were willing to do that.
I personally would give them another chance. Since I believe you can get a bad pair from anywhere.
