I still don't know what their warranty actually is, but after sending
an e-mail with "Chargeback Pending" in the subject line I finally got
a response. They agreed to send me a replacement frame free with my
next order. It wasn't easy, but at least it's something.

Do semi rimless frames come with the retaining filament and the
optical shop can pop in the lens, or is that something that needs to
be done after with another filament?
