Hi - just got my glasses from them today and really like them (see my
post called "new glasses! 39dollar, framesdirect, Costco" for the full
rundown). I never emailed them but i DID use their online chat
service, when it was noted as being "on". There was really someone on
the other end who answered all my questions - took about 5 minutes
total! So maybe try their online chat service...
