One thing I've learned in dealing with the online Rx eyeglasses
companies is that patience is everything, but what has been others'
experiences in getting a response from Eye Buy Direct's customer
service? I emailed them last Friday as soon as I received my order
from the B1G1 sale. One pair was perfect, while the other frame was
missing a rhinestone and another stone had clearly been repaired and
was discolored. I have yet to receive a response to my email and I
tried repeatedly this past week to reach someone by phone, always
being directed to leave a voice mail. After a few days of the same, I
finally did leave a voice mail and still have not heard back. In
general non-Rx eyeglasses customer service-land this would be
considered unacceptable. In online eyeglasses-world, am I being too
anxious for a response?
