I think Steve may have "connected the hoses" here between problems in the
forums and the customer service people. I think he's trying to be proactive
-- a bit too automatically.

Certainly this is nothing to get too worked up about. Frankly I'm really
happy with the fact that he's been fixing things in here the last week or
so.

I'll talk to him.
