Sounds like it would benefit you. Put the appropriate numbers for
intermediate/computer vision in the regular Rx fields of your order
for glasses.

You say you can read comfortably without glasses, but would you
benefit from a slight correction on the reading portion? If so you
could get bi-focals. Put the computer vision numbers in the regular Rx
fields and put the ADD values in their spot on the order form. This
way you could see the computer screen clearly when looking straight
ahead and be able to read clearly when looking down.

How recent is your latest eye exam? If it's been a year and a half,
and since you are new to glasses, you should get an new eye exam.
