I ended up getting into the phone systemlater in the day and responses to emails after that.
Besides being a little slow to get back to me on email and messages left on their web site, when I get through I've found them professional and helpful. They have the best prices and are good on returns, and their glasses don't seem much different than the $200- $300 glasses. Nice for me, since I've gotten nearsighted, and want to experiment with various prescriptions for distance, near, and maybe bifocals. (Though I was a little annoyed on being told that I needed to call back the next day for a Request Authorization number after submitting an order to process a return/replacement, because I wouldn't have the order number until the email came. I was literally one click away from finishing the order - I wanted them to confirm what I needed to put in the notes of the order for the return - when I was told I may as well hang up and call the next day. One click later, I had the order number, but now no longer had a service representative on the line, and had to get in the phone queue *again*.) - Dan On Feb 23, 1:06 pm, Dan <[email protected]> wrote: > All is well? > > I've sent a couple of emails that Zenni has failed to respond to for > days.
