I have ordered glasses from them in the past. My first order came faster than expected-in only one week and the glasses fit and worked very well. Second order took a little longer, but within the time frame they advertise. Glasses did not fit as well and wondered if they got my prescription right(progressive lenses) The extra pair I got for distance vision for driving had a crack in the upper corner - sort of like a windshield rock chip. I didn't complain, figuring I could live with it. My most recent order was placed on 2/10, was shipped on 2/13, and still has not been received 19 days later. I contacted customer support and I immediately get an acknowledgement email of my inquiry, but have yet to get a response. I wrote them on Sunday and it is now Wednesday evening (so much for the 1 business day response). I have followed up with daily emails advising them my glasses have not arrived. I don't think I will order from them anymore, especially after reading some other posts of similar difficulties experienced by others. I am still living in the same town and I am not in the stix, so there is no reason for it to take so long. I would have paid for express shipping if it were available, but website says they don't do express shipping in US.
