I beg to differ there Paul, but Chuck is correct.
If Don was try +1.00 readers at his local store (always in front of
his prescription glasses) at they gave him perfect reading vision,
then he would ADD the +1.00 to the SPHERE value of his original
prescription. Take his left eye for example -0.75 plus +1.00 = +0.25

Not meaning to be argumentative, but when *I* went to school (back
when they still taught *real* math) ADD meant...well...ADD.

And he should "definitely" include the CYL and the AXIS with that.
Without them, he may as well buy over-the-counter readers because that
is what he would end up with. The CYL and AXIS are there to correct
for astigmatisim. Some people can get headaches from even slightly
uncorrected astigmatism.
