My order needed some clarification and emails were not doing it. To
my surprise they called me in So. Cal. without my requesting they do
so, and from China I presume, in part because of the chinglish used to
communicate, but we did manage to sort it out. Once that was done,
order completion and delivery was timely, January 2009. Two pairs,
one bifocals, no frills on my part on the lens quality, cheapest
frames they have more or less, total around $60. Would do it again.
The problem by the way was my small pupil to pupil distance, 58 mm, I
have a very narrow bridge. This rules out frames which are 'too big'
and I had picked one of these for one of my pair of adult male
glasses. Not sure how clear that fact is when using the selector
menus.
