Ok--made my order on March 4th and they arrived on March 13th (from
CA).
Everything looks good and fits well (basically used sizes nearly
identical to my previous Sears Optical pair). Only small problem is
that I ordered gold color but what arrived was black?! When I checked
the order details, I noticed that the frame color was NOT shown there
and when I looked up the model number it actually came up black. I'm
guessing that they actually didn't have the gold in stock at the time
I ordered but there was nothing in the order process to warn me about
it.
Anyway, no big deal-- I wanted to try out black ones too anyway.
I ordered:
Full-rim Metal frames for $12.99
> Lenses : 1.67 High Index Plastic Lens with Coatings(30-40% Thin)
(+$45.00)
> Right Eye : Sph -5.25, Cyl -2.00
> Left Eye : Sph -4.75, Cyl -2.25
No Tinting.
Total cost was $59 for glasses nearly identical to my Sears Optical
pair that together with photochromatic lenses had cost ON SALE nearly
$300.
