They do somewhat.
The first number is the lens width in millimeters.
The second is the nose bridge (measured from lens edge to lens edge at
the narrowest point).
The third is the length of the temple from frame edge to tip of ear
piece.
All of these measurements are in millimeters.

Other measurements it would be helpful to know:
Frame width: measured from edge of temple to edge of temple across
front of frame.
Lens height: measured were lens is highest from top to bottom.
PD: distance between pupil centers (commonly one number, but doctor
could give two numbers for distance from nose center to each pupil
<right/left>).

With all these measurements from a well fitting pair, you should be
able to find a pair online that will suit your needs, if not ones that
you'll love.
