Well, as for the narrowness of your nose, couldn't give you much
advice there as I have exactly the opposite. ;)
I *would* suggest getting the nosepads adjusted correctly, and also
replacing the standard PVC nose pads with a soft silicone pad. IMHO,
they seem to grip the nose better than the PVC and they don't change
color as quickly.

I think you might have got your numbers transposed. The height should
be about 32mm (although this is a subjective opinion). I've never seen
a pair with a height larger than around 45mm and those were BIG.

As for your Rx, if you could post the numbers here (along with the 2
PD values), we'd be able to tell for sure if it was "complex", or if
your Dr. was just blowing smoke. For bifocals and progressives, the
average difference between distance/near PD is about 3mm.
Have never *faxed* an order to zenni, but they do have a place on the
online order to include notes/special instructions like your distance/
near PD values.
You might want to email Zenni ahead of time to inquire as to any
special accomodations you may need, as they don't do some special
adjustments such as custom Seg/fitting heights for progressive lenses.

Hope this didn't confuse you more. :)
