I agree with Chuck. You probably just don't have an astigmatism, which
you can be thankful for.
This should make choosing lenses very easy for you.
With no astigmatism, and single vision, your choices of frames and
lenses are practically limitless. :)

BTW, if you live in the states, it is U.S. law that your OD provide a
correct copy of your Rx at the time of examination. But, this Rx does
NOT have to include your PD measurement.
