This list tends to collect 'problems', much like car forums do. Visiting a Honda DIY site you'd think all they have is problems.
Few people write about successes...success is normal! People want help with problems or want to vent, so they post. Also, perhaps there more posters now, so we're just seeing more problems reported. Vendor satisfaction rate may have remained constant or even improved. Note I'm not defending the vendors' right to screw things up: it shouldn't happen or they should work hard to resolve issues. I just don't know if there is really an increase in problems - we may just perceive one. > -----Original Message----- > From: [email protected] [mailto:[email protected]] > On Behalf Of [email protected] > Sent: Thursday, April 09, 2009 4:48 PM > To: GlassyEyes.com Forums - Visit the site! > Subject: [glassyeyes | 4969] quality issues with on-line retailers > > > Has anyone noticed the number of complaints concerning on-line > retailers on this message board has shot up?
