Actually, according to those numbers, you have *only* astigmatism.

There are 3 columns of numbers.  In order, they're SPHere, CYLinder, and
AXIS.

Your sphere (strength) is plano...that's a 0 value.
Your cylinder (astigmatism) is clear, at -0.5 and -0.75 respectively.
Your axis (twist) is 74 and 175 degrees, respectively.

Who told you that you have no astigmatism?
