It's unusual for the astigmatism to match so perfectly...you might double
check the values with your doctor.

Anyway, the values you posted translate to:

Left eye:
sphere 0,
cylinder -0.25,
axis 110

Right eye:
sphere 0,
cylinder -0.25
axis 110

So you would enter in the information, accordingly.

Given the error you got at G4U, I'm guessing that you had entered in a 0
value for the cylinder.

You see, the cylinder and axis are related.  Cylinder is how strong the
astigmatism correction has to be.  Axis is the "twist" that it needs, so
that the astigmatism correction is in the right place.  If you enter in a
value of 0 for cylinder, then what sense would it make to have an axis
value?
