I had purchased 3 pairs of glasses from Google4U back in January, 2 regular single vision and 1 pair single vision sunglasses.
The 2 pairs regular vision glasses are fine, but I had double vision with the pair of sunglasses. I emailed Steve from Googles4U and explained the situation and everything was taken care of within 2-3 days. I was asked if I would like a replacement pair and I agreed, choose any frame as long as the Rx and lens selection remained the same, it would be covered by the replacement. 12 days later my new pair of sunglasses arrive and this time the Rx was smacked on like the 2 other pairs of single visions. All in all, I am very satisfied with the customer service and satisfaction index of Google4U !
