One comment about the cheap knockoff Clubmaster frames on eBay:  I
noticed that many of them do not appear to have screws holding the
frame together for easy lens removal and replacement.  (You can
obviously replace lenses in a plastic frame no problem... how about a
metal frame that doesn't open?)

Personally, I met my retro needs by buying a pair of Ronsir Zyl from
optometristattic.com, and a pair of Ray-Ban Clubmaster on eBay ($82.88
from seller sunglasses4less07).
