Horrible, Horrible, Horrible.

I'm now coming up on a month since I sent 2 pairs of glasses to them
to get re-lensed.  I've had to contact customer service 4 (FOUR)
times.  The last time resulting in them somehow changing my email
address so that I couldn't access my account.

I will never, ever do business with the crooks at 39dollarglasses.com
again, and I recommend you do the same.
