Hey everyone, after Ira's recent "Review & Information" posts
including $39 Glasses I noticed he mentioned

"One of the few reputable sites to offer reglazing (or re-lensing) on
your existing frames. This service starts at $39 and is a good deal
when considering Transitions lenses or other more premium options.
NOTE: There have been a number of issues reported with delays in the
past month (April/May 2009). I've talked with the CEO and there will
be a new system and service manager in place for this service in the
very near future. You may want to hold off on this until that is
announced. Keep an eye on GlassyEyes for details."

I assume he meant there have only been issues with their relensing
service based on how the article was phrased. This was a nice warning
since they're the cheapest option I've seen for a pair of empty frames
I'd like to get filled. I had Global Eye Glasses do my first pair,
but they no longer offer that service :(

My big question tho is, has anyone used $39 Glasses and gotten the 10%
GlassyEyes discount for Relensing? When I try to check out with that
option it doesn't show any discount...
