I'd agree with Paul. If you're wanting to strengthen you reading glasses (or computer lenses), you could up the strength by +.25 to +. 50 easily. But, if you're having trouble with your distance vision, then you don't want to play with those numbers. You're better off to go to your eye doctor for an updated Rx if that is the case, or if it's been more than 2 years since your last exam.
