First thing to do is to see how you do without glasses. A cheap way to try different ADD values is to get reading glasses from a dollar store. They usually start at +1.00, and then go up by .50. Put a pair of reading glasses in front of your full myopia prescription, and add the two prescriptions to get the effective prescription.
