@Walmart: I had my prescription from a house optometrist at Lenscrafters from a misadventure several months ago, but when I called his office to get my PD, I was told that the optician does that when I go in to buy glasses, not the optometrist.
I walked in to Walmart the next day and asked if they could tell me my PD. They just grabbed the little binocular thingy and wrote it down on a card for me, free of charge.
