I recently purchased the Valencia style glasses. I received them just yesterday and was a little disappointed that the frames were far too huge for my face. I ordered from this company thinking that if I didn't like them, i could return them and get the lenses re cut for another frame. Since, the Valencia frames are pretty huge, I thought I would scale down to the Visalia frames.
So, I contacted customer service and I was informed that the lenses would have to be 4mm on each end in order to be re cut to fit a new frame. I guess what I'm asking is if anyone ever returned a pair of glasses to be cut to fit another frame or is that 30% fee there regardless if the lenses fit or not? --~--~---------~--~----~------------~-------~--~----~ Check us out at the oft-updated http://glassyeyes.blogspot.com!
