I agree that you may need to give it a bit of time. I received regular line bifocals from $39glasses and thought at first that the reading part was going to be an issue. I do own progressives but didn't want to go all out at first. Ordered up the lined bifocals, received them and thought...oh no. However, now, about 2 weeks later, I think nothing about it at all.
I think it took me about 2 days to get used to them and some more fine tuning after that to forget I was even wearing different glasses. Yours could be off. Always a possibility.
