Actually, the two prescriptions are very similar - you are likely a bit more sensitive to the changes than others. You can do a google search for 'eyeglass prescription' to explain what the numbers mean - but your correction is mild - the differences you experience are more likely due to the type of lenses and (which vary greatly) and perhaps the frame size/shape.
Assuming your optician correctly measured your latest prescription and assuming eyebuydirect filled the prescription correctly, you likely just need more time to get used to the new glasses. J.
