Here's one I know of but I haven't tried it so I can't personally say they do a good job or otherwise:
http://www.39dollarglasses.com/product_info/use_your_own_frame.html I *think* they start at 39$ for using your frame, same as using their 39$ lens-inclusive frames. Then add any extra options needed again just as using their frames. I did think about it for my previous- favorite B&M frames, then found I liked having new frames and as the cost was the same I've so far only used their frames when ordering there. I know this doesnt fully answer your question but it might be a place to start.
