Let's start with the numbers you included. 54-16-140 represents the
dimensions of the frame...not the dimensions of your face. It
translates, as follows:
54mm lens width, 16mm bridge (the part over your nose), and 150mm
temple arm length.
It appears from the (admittedly dark and blurry) scan, that your
prescription is spherical only, with values of OD +2.25 and OE +3.00
diopters. Apparently you have no astigmatism -- congratulations!
The ADD should be for both eyes...it's the reading part of your prescription.
BUT, I've said it before, and will repeat it as many times as I can.
No matter how well intentioned some random internet person is, it is
ALWAYS best to check the details with your eye doctor. He is the one
who wrote the prescription...he is the right one to answer questions.
