...and now, just a couple hours later, I've already gotten a response
to my return request. Their customer service very clearly is sorry I
wasn't satisfied with my experience.

Honestly, the way they're responding, I'd be willing to give them a
second chance. (Though if I did, I might go with their "super thin"
lenses, just to be safe.)

Also, I didn't realize that an "X" in the "spring hinge" box means
"no," and they "check" it for "yes." So they were trying to say "no,"
but it wasn't clear to me at the time.

So I'm willing to accept my first experience with Firmoo might not
have been typical, but I'll still be more careful choosing their frame
and lens options, should I choose to order from them again.
