After realizing that Firmoo didn't offer bi-focals or progressives, I'd also feared I had accidentally transposed my prescription numbers so I wrote them to make sure. Firmoo emailed back within 24 hours. They were very responsive to each email and even wrote at one point to make sure I had my other numbers correct and another time to let me know the glasses may need thinner lenses (no extra charge) and that would take a bit longer because they had already started the process on the original set. Their correspondence includes funny lines like:
"If you feel unhappy, which is quite usual for online eyeglasses purchase, please let us know immediately, we strive to make your purchase with Firmoo.com a risk-free one." Yes, the glasses took around four weeks plus to arrive but as a regular online glasses buyer, I've come to expect that so no worries. The plastic frame glasses feel sturdy and look great. They don't have spring hinges but I knew that when ordering. The prescription is dead on and the green tint is exactly as I was hoping. I was looking for dark driving glasses to counter the low winter sun. These are similar to my old Ray Bans in look and tint though for under $20. when my original Ray Bans were three times that and non-prescription! Their packaging includes a bag, a plastic case and a lens wipe. I'm very happy with both their communication and end product.
