My order of four pair from November 10th also still says Processing. I am really anxious for the new glasses.
Subsequently, I actually placed two orders on the 10th. One before I realized I could get four glasses for the price of two. I used the online chat to cancel my first order. When checking my account on the website, it says "canceled," however I have yet to be refunded. I emailed customer service and they said they would remove the charge. I'll give them until Monday afternoon, if it still isn't off, I'll give them a call. I'm sure they have A TON of orders they are trying to get through.
