I'm a gal going through life with a low nose bridge that loves the look of plastic frames, but they don't stay put and always slide down my nose! I've tried re-bending the legs to keep them tight against my face, but what happens is that they sit so close to my face that my eyelashes brush up against the lenses...
I've pretty much come to the conclusion that I can only ever order plastic frames with the clear pad (split-pin) that screws into the metal that is attached to the frame (essentially the kind you find on every and any metal frames)....rare, but they are out there...somewhere... Has anyone heard of adding adjustable nose pads to glasses that are completely plastic? that stayed on? (btw- I'm not talking about those little foam stickies that you find in every mini fix-it kit) -- Check us out at the oft-updated http://glassyeyes.blogspot.com!
