I had two great experiences with firmoo. If you look at the reference thread, even people with a bad experience liked their customer service. I also tried eyebuydirect, and while they got the prescription wrong, the return went well.
Firmoo is doing bifocals and progressives, if anyone tries them, let us know how they work out for you.
