I am a 'high myope' and I can order from most of the online vendors, some, like eyebuydirect do not service prescriptions over -10 diopters, but Zenni and 39dollarglasses have both worked for me. They still charge a bit more for high index, but it still beats the 500$/pair i was paying before.
