Elle, Your prescription is not very high, so I think you would be okay with the 1.5, but if you want the 1.59, then definitely go for them. I think that the 1.61 would just be a waste of money, though, for not very much improvement. Also, if you opt for polycarbonate lenses instead of plastic (this is standard at many sites, but I'm not sure about Coastal), that will make your lenses thinner.
